Alloy Wheel Repair

Kerbed and scuffed alloys, if left un-repaired can result in the spread of osmosis, which is the corrosion that occurs in alloys, leading to more expensive repairs at a later date. In our mobile repair van we have a top quality alloy wheel spray booth fitted with all the necessary equipment to professionally remove the wheels from your car and spray them in a controlled environment wind, rain or shine.

Car Scratch Repair

Only the scratched area itself is repaired and not the entire panel. Depending on the severity of the scratch we will either polish the scratch out using our professional polishing mop or paint the scratch using our Spies Hecker paint system.  The Paint System which is installed into our van will mix the exact colour shade of your vehicle, even where a multi-shade coloured panel has been damaged or paintwork has faded as a result of ultraviolet exposure and weathering.  If the scratch needs painting the area is sanded and/or filler/primer applied to re-instate the damaged surface to its true level, The area is then re-coloured &  lacquered.

Car Dent Repair

Repaired by tapping out the majority of the dent and then using body-filler to create the original shape and then sanded to provide a smooth contour matching that of the existing panel. The repair area is then primed, coloured and lacquered to blend into the surrounding panel area making the original dent disappear.

Cracked Bumper

Exterior mouldings, mirror casings, bumpers and motorcycle fairings, which have become cracked, need not necessarily be replaced. In many cases plastic welding can remedy the crack and subsequent re-finishing techniques makes the part look as good as new at a fraction of replacement costs. Texture (where necessary) and matching colour is applied to the plastic component to ensure remedial works exactly replicate the original factory fitted item.

Bumper Scuff Repair

Exterior mouldings, mirror casings, bumpers and motorcycle fairings, which have become scuffed, need not be fully painted. Texture (where necessary) and matching colour is applied to the plastic component then lacquered to ensure remedial works exactly replicate the original factory fitted item.
